The head of the Djiboutian diplomacy calls for a quick donation to support Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the official spokesperson, Mr. Mahmoud Ali Youssef, participated in the hypothetical emergency meeting of the Arab League Council at the level of foreign ministers, which was held on Tuesday afternoon, May 11th, under the chairmanship of the State of Qatar, the current president of the League Council. This is to discuss the Israeli crimes and attacks in the occupied city of Jerusalem and the Islamic holy sites, especially the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the aggression against worshipers in the blessed month of Ramadan, in addition to the brutal Israeli attacks and plans to seize the homes of Jerusalemites, especially in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in an attempt to empty the holy city of its residents and displace Her people.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation began his speech at the meeting by expressing sincere congratulations and blessings on the occasion of the advent of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, asking God Almighty to restore this blessed occasion to the Arab and Islamic nations with abundant goodness, Yemen and blessings.
He reiterated the firm position of the Republic of Djibouti on the justice of the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people, including the exercise of their religious rights, and the establishment of their independent state on their entire national territory, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
He added, “In this context, we reiterate our strong condemnation and denunciation of the brutal aggression carried out by the Israeli authorities against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, a blatant assault on the safe worshipers, and the storming of the homes of the residents of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem and the forcible displacement of its residents. We warn against committing these crimes and attacks that constitute a provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the globe, and a flagrant violation of the rules of international humanitarianism, and warns at the same time to ignite a cycle of violence that affects the region and the world.
The head of the Djiboutian diplomacy called on the international community to immediately intervene to stop the terrorism of the Hebrew state and provide the necessary protection for the proud Palestinian people who are standing in the face of the Zionist arrogance and steadfast in the occupied city of Jerusalem, who are defending bare chests of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and of its properties in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
He continued, saying: “The abuse that our people and brothers in Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the Blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque are subjected to with increased frequency during the holy month of Ramadan puts us before a historical responsibility, which makes it imperative for us to rise to the level of this great sermon.
Hence, we call for a quick donation, to show solidarity with the Jerusalemites, and to move to support the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to support the steadfastness of our oppressed people in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, which is exposed to the most heinous settlement campaign aimed at displacing its original inhabitants.
