MIDDLE EAST ENROUTE TO A TOTAL WAR

The killing of prominent leaders in the Middle East, such as Nasrallah and Haniya, only serves to exacerbate the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine with Lebanon. These acts of violence not only target the leaders themselves but also innocent citizens, including women, children, and civilians who suffer the consequences of such brutal actions. While some may believe that eliminating key figures like Nasrallah will bring an end to the conflict, the truth is that these barbarous and heinous acts will only perpetuate the cycle of violence.

The war between Israel and Palestine with Lebanon is not simply a battle between enemy-brotherly Abrahamites but a deeper conflict between the just and the unjust. The unjust occupation, characterized by inhumane crimes, genocide, and ethnic cleansing, lies at the root of the violence in the region. This systemic injustice fuels the anger and resistance of those fighting for their freedom and rights, creating a never-ending cycle of violence and suffering.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu may see the martyrdom of leaders like Nasrallah as a victory, but in reality, it represents a desperate and ineffective strategy. The death of one leader or more will not solve the existing deep-rooted conflict in the Middle East but will surely trigger more deadly retaliations.

Israel war mongers may rejoice at the incident, claiming that they killed or took out resistance leaders of Lebanon and Palestine, but Hezbollah and Hamas do not recognize such vocabulary as death or taken out. They are talking about martyrdom. They do not mourn but are seen congratulating them for their successful journey to the inevitable destiny.

Martyrdom in a just war for the people of the Muslim faith is told in the holy book, the Quran, as follows:

(Quran 3:169)

Translation:
“Do not think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.”

(Quran 3:144)

Translation:
“Muhammad is only a messenger; messengers have passed away before him. Why, if he should die or is slain, like others, will you turn back on your heels, will you return to unbelief
in other words, `he was not a worshipped being, so that [if he were to die] you should turn back [to your previous religion]’). If any man should turn back on his heels, he will not harm God in any way, but will be harming himself, and God will requite those that are thankful, for His graces by staying firm.”

(Quran 3:145)

Translation.
“No soul can ever die without Allah’s Will at the destined time. Those who desire worldly gain, We will let them have it, and those who desire heavenly reward, We will grant it to them. And We will reward those who are grateful”.

In conclusion, the killing of leaders like Nasrallah and Haniya, as well as the continued violence against innocent citizens, will not bring an end to the conflict between Israel and Palestine – Lebanon. It is imperative that all parties involved recognize the root causes of the conflict and work towards a peaceful resolution that addresses the injustices faced by the Palestinian and Lebanese people. Only through true dialogue, understanding, and a commitment to justice can lasting peace be achieved in the region by ending the awful occupation and accepting the two-state solution with a divided Jerusalem.
